Chronos Consulting’s client is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network operators globally.  Due to aggressive expansion they are currently looking for a Solutions Architect

The role:

The Solutions Architect will work to define and provide technical, competence development solutions that enhance the client’s competitive position.

You will be responsible for:

· Identifying add-on sales opportunities in close cooperation with the client during the delivery of the project.  

· Working cooperatively with client staff, 3rd Party suppliers, Market Units staff and other groups within Service Delivery organization.

· Specifying and designing a technical and/or competence developing solution in co-operation with the client.

· Analyzing client networks performance, proposing and implementing solutions for network improvements.

· Selecting and proposing 3rd party suppliers and recommending 3rd party products to be included in the proposed solution.

· Providing customized solutions with several products and interfacing with several customer systems.

· Following up with delivered products and solutions on a regular basis to stay informed about the life cycle evolvement of the implemented customer solution.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent theoretical background acquired through experience.

· 4+ years of experienced in BSS / OSS

· Excellent knowledge of Charging System, Rating and payment and postpaid Billing.

· Other knowledge: Solaris, TSPUNIX, Linux, Oracle and Sybase.

· Skills in leadership, communication and good customer’s relationship.

· Ability to communicate fluency in English
