SUMMARY

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for achieving pre-determined annual revenue and gross profit objectives by supporting/managing a Fortune 500 client.  They will be responsible for building strong relationships with managers and executives at a strategic level and giving direction to local sales and delivery teams in support of their client.  The Senior Account Manager will also sell at a consultative level all Client service offerings.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in ensuring the achievement of top line revenue and bottom line profitability growth for the assigned Account.
• Active in strategic selling at all levels.
• Participate in weekly business development reviews with the VP of Sales and entire account management team.
• Central point of contact for the hiring managers at our customer’s locations and Client’s internal team engaged with supporting the customer’s technical staffing needs.
• Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control, and development of new business.
• Maintain close contact with key customers in order to develop and maintain excellent relations between the enterprise and its customers.
• Monitor competitor activity, ensuring that the enterprise provides a competitive offer/solution and feed this information back to the appropriate individuals.
